Returns and Exchanges

At Haute Mood, we believe that online shopping should be a rewarding and enjoyable experience for you. That's why our goal is for each and every one of our customers to be satisfied with their order.

Refunds:

Unfortunately, Haute Mood does not currently offer refunds. But, we accept returns on any full priced item for store credit. Please see the full details below in regards to store credit.

Store Credit:

You will have up to 5 days after that items have been purchased to return for store credit only. Store credit never expires and may be used toward in-stock items only. Store credit cannot be used to purchase a pre-order item. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all the original tags attached. If the returned items do not meet the above criteria, they will be returned back to the customer.

Exchanges:

Unfortunately, Haute Mood does not currently offer exchanges on merchandise purchased on our website. If you are looking for a different size and/or color for an item already purchased, simply return the item in your possession and place a new order for the desired item.

To Submit a Return:

1. Email info@hautemood.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Form. You may also contact us by phone Monday-Friday between 9am-5pm EST. To request your (RMA) Or Give us a call at 347-693-5282.

2. Fill out your RMA form and include it with the merchandise you are returning.

3. Mail us your item(s). 

Unfortunately, we cannot credit any original shipping charges. You are welcome to use to use your own shipping method, as long as you send it to the same mailing address that is on our return label.

For Internation returns, we strongly recommend that you save your return tracking number until you have been notified that we have completed your return. 

We will send you an email when your return package is delivered back to our warehouse. Returns take us 3-5 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email confirmation. Store credit will be issued through a code that can be applied to a future order. The amount will be deducted automatically from the total, during checkout.

Please Note: All items purchased on or during a sale as well as pre-order purchases are FINAL SALE and they are not eligible for refund or store credit.
